Game rcs is the worst

I app**** for an Rcs card at Game liberty midlands mall in November 2025.It was approved and i did purchase a trampoline. When I did receive my statement in December 2025 I noticed that I was double charged for it and I have been going to Game liberty Midlands Mall from December to query about it and uptill date they have not gotten back to me with regards of a refund. Each time I do go to the store they advise that they will contact me
