Game RCS discrepancy

My name is Sibongile Mchunu, ID no. ***. On the 06/10/2025, I bought building material at Cashbuild in Merrivale , Howick area in KZN. When I was paying using Game RCS card, there was a network problem, afterwards the payment of R5852.05 went through T 10:57, then 2 minutes later another another transactions happens of the same amount of R5852.05, and the message showed that it has been deducted twice. I phoned them they said it is showing on their side, I need to go back to the store where I bought the material. Went back they phoned RCS, they said its not showing that transaction happened twice. I have been up and down trying to have the problem solved because I will be paying the money I never used. Then on Friday 10/10/25 I went back to the store and asked them to phone RCS again, then they said it is showing that the other amount is there but pending. I asked them to reverse into the card, the response was, since it's pending it has to be through first before they reverse it back into my card, of which I do not know how long it will take to reflect before is reversed back. Now I cannot do what I need to do with the card because of this discrepancy took place. This has caused me a so much stress of how come the transactions happened twice. I would like to be helped to have that amount of R5852.05 reversed back into my card immediately. No. of the Cashbuild store is ***. No. of RCS Game card is *** - called merchant services.
