Game RCS Department

Game RCS finance and customer service department, probably the worst service I've ever encountered...Every time I call them, I'm always put on hold, I'm sent from one consultant to another and never get help!

I opened an application last week regarding my credit limit and it's been a struggle since. Nobody knows how to help me, which makes question how are people put in positions to deal with clients' problems but they never know how to help?!?

I've wasted so much airtime calling and some consultants give me an attitude, specifically a lady called Stanfedine!!!
