Game RCS card **** not attended to

Good day

A few months ago an old man who is my neighbor lost his card and went to cancel it immediately when he realized that he lost it. He went to Game Kempton park t do that. He was given a new card and was told that the one that he lost was cancelled. About a day after the old card was supposed to be cancelled he got an sms advising that he has spend over 6000 rands in his card. He still had the new card with him. This was reported as soon as possible, but a few months later money is still being taken from his account and nothing has been done. What does not make sense is that all this happened a day after he reported loss of his card which points out to the fact that when he went to report the lost card, it was never cancelled. Now this is a very old man and a sick man who struggled to get out of bed. He and his wife went to Game in Greenstone a few time and was promised that they will get response in 14 days which never happened. It is now a few months later and a lot of money keeps getting deducted from his account and not one is willing to assist. I am really disappointed at Game especially for not even providing any feedback. When we try to assist they insist on speaking to him as the owner of the account which is understandable but the issue with that is that is a sick man and sometime does not understand what is being said to him. I am writing here because the poor man does not know what to do anymore. If more information is required please can you call his wife who is in a better state on +***2 or myself so I can connect to them. I dont know if this will get to the right people but I hope it will.
