Game RCS Card is a waste of time

I wrote a review about Game a short while ago in which I told of RCS (the company which provides the Game credit account cards) and how they lowered my credit limit wfrom R7,000 to R3,000 without the courtesy of letting me know. Well, they did eventually send me an email AFTER my complaint, but the email did not say much. No reasons as to WHY it was lowered (which now damaged my credit rating) or why I was not informed of said move. Just a lot of ******* about "protecting" me as the consumer. *******, I do not need protection, my account has always been paid in the short time that I have had it (which is about 4 months I think). I work hard to keep my credit record/rating healthy, but thanks to their ineptness I can't do something as simple as apply for a cell phone contract because their actions has damaged my credit rating. Goodness knows how many other people this has been done to! I will NOT recommend that anybody apply for a Game Card, unless RCS is no longer the credit provider. I am certainly going to close this account as soon as I can. I have also still not received a statement of a day old, surely sending an email or text is not that difficult? Terrible, terrible service, customers (especially ones that always pay their accounts) should not be treated like this. RCS hides behind clever little "clauses" in their contracts of why they can do whatever they wish and why they do not owe customers proper explanations when customers query something. Horrible business ethic.
