GAME RCS CARD ***** REPORTED WITH NO ASSISTANCE FROM ***** DEPARTMENT

I have a Game RCS card and yesterday I started receiving messages for purchases made using my card while at work and my card in my possession, I immediately called customer care and reported the matter the operator informed me that I need to take the issue to Game RCS ***** department I called in and was put on hold while put on hold the transactions kept going through I then called back to customer care and the operator then only assisted to block the card, ever since i have being trying to get a hold of this so called ***** department and all they do is put you on hold, i called back to customer care because they actually answer there F@#%en phones the i asked to speak to a supervisor a Woman named Jabulile spoke to me and informed me that all they can do is log the incident with ***** department they cannot do anything further, I am still trying to get a hold of these mother F@#$%ers, this is absolutely pathetic.
