Game RCS affecting people's credit records badly by their incompetence not allocating payments

I've been paying my game account for years now, but yet none of my payments was allocated and this is affecting my credit record badly. I've over paid this account already with over R6000 and yet after I've emailed them and explained my account is over paid and I don't owe game they now owe me as they just don't allocate my payments. This has now been going on for years_months, I've been handed over to different collecting companies too. I've been in game and they refer me to RCS and RCS said they were working on my allocations yet no change and they messed up my credit record too. Im so upset with Game and RCS, I would not prefer anyone do business with such unhelpful bunch of people who just don't do their jobs to allocate payments, they don't understand the way they are negatively impacting their Customers. I'm super upset 😡
