GAME RCS ACCOUNT TOO REDICULOUS

<p>Game Store has become too arrogant with its RCS Credit Faclility. The interests are very high and clients are not well informed about terms and conditions when they open the accounts.Three months ago ,I opened an account in Game polokwane but subsequently I got a shock of my life when start paying. I discovered that the interest rate is too high and it even exceeded the intial settlement. A monthly interest rate of more than R100,00 is too rediculous and *********.I am of the view that game credit facility is way of depriving customer's hard earned money because once you open that account you never finish paying and there is no progress in settling your balance.Luckily for me,I ended up settling the account but but I am not impressed about the way Game Store is treating its customers. Game store should bear in mind that the manner in which they operate their credit facility is too prejudical and arrogant as some of the clients are pensioners and cannot contend with this high level of interest rates.Game store must stop playing games with the customers as this will not do any justice to the business.Malatji WM,Phalaborwa</p>
