Hello Peter,I have an rcs game account which I reported the ***** on the 23/11/2025 after online purchase of R38997 ,I reported the matter an hour of the Sunday when the incident happen after I received the purchase and my card was blocked indicating that an investigation will be conducted ,I was told to completes disputes declaration form and attach documents which I did.On Thursday I receive an sms saying that I’m liable and I should pay the amount of R38997. To my surprise where did the goods delivered to?who is the courier guy and which address was it used and who signed for the goods? I never purchased anything online using game account?I never spent more than R10 000 in my game account since 2021.I’m currently owing game R2138 and they want me to pay R41135 for something that I did not receive or authorise.They have confirmed suspicious activity in my account and they still want me to pay for something that I do not know .This is really unfair ,please help me
