GAME-RCI Account paid but not updated on System

An account paid up in may 2022. Settlement of the account was done. However, 3 months later the account still reflects as unpaid. RCI group has been contacted and was advised it takes 5 years to clear. This was not even an account that has been listed. Customer service agent dealt with the call and the settlement letter was read to them and they acknowledge the account was paid, but obviously not really sure how to handle this on their end.
