GAME - pulling the wool over consumer eyes!!!!

Game's R5 daily deals was a real mockery to the consumer today, branch Game Midrand, Game advertised the Canon camera for R5 until stock last, 1 per customer, queue awaiting the store opening at 9am, just before opening, female employee comes to announce there is only camera in stock which will be hidden and consumers need to search the store for the 1 available camera in stock, how degrading is that ? What is your response Game? How do you promote an item in a store with 1 available in stock? Consumers were enraged and stock would have been damaged should the proposed "treasure hunt" went ahead. The managers at the store had no answers for consumers, advising customers to complain to HO, no rainchecks were even considered and rejected by the manager? Game where is your customer service ? Is this in line with your ethics policy ??
