Game promotion misleading!

I recently purchased an LG washing machine from Game Cresta, and I was pleased with both the product and the service—until I was misinformed about the store's promotion, which promised to give LG washing machine buyers three 1.5-liter bottles of OMO Auto Liquid. However, regrettably, this did not occur. I have contacted the store, and the salespeople kept asking me to register on the Unilever website. However, the adverti*****t makes it very obvious that I may pick up the OMO Auto liquid from the store, but this was not the case. Game and the sales staff have completely let me down. This is the first time in my years of buying at Game that I've encountered poor service.
