Game Promise to contact me as worthless as their warranties -

Re the new Ryobi angle grinder that I bought from Game that packed up after its second use and was supposed to be under guarantee but Game would not honor - stating they don't cover "wear and tear"-- this was a new item how can there be wear and tear ?? which means anything and everything can be dishonored this way -which means their guarantees are worthless - Game has now on a couple of occasions said they were sorry about this and promised to contact me -its months now and they still have not had the courtesy to do so
