Game Promenade: Worse store ever.

I bought an ALVA 2-in-1 combo heater late last year. One of electric bars stopped working. I took it in for repairs last month(April 2025) as it is still under warranty. Had to wait for more than a month as they said it takes 21 working days to have it repaired. I went to fetch the heater last Wednesday . The heater still has the same problem. I has not been repaired yet they said it has been repaired. I have been trying to call the store, nobody is answering the phone there. Game is becoming the worse store around.
