Game Promenade very poor service including their head office

Yesterday 16 June 2021 I went to Game at Promenade to buy Dulux 20l paint. And I decided to get deworming tablets for my dog which on the shelf were R43.99 and when they were scanned it was R85.66. I decided not to complain and I paid for them but when I got home luckily I wanted to suprise my daughter with what I bought for her dog.....the box was empty so I paid R85.99 for an empty box. Then I decided to call the store guess what both numbers for the head office and the store where unavailable so I sent an email.

Today I received an email from Kauthar asking for my correct number coz the one on the email is one digit short. I rep**** to the email with my number. I waited for almost 2hrs then decided to call the head office. I spoke to a lady named Dilshaad and she tried to assist me and she asked what do I need to them to do in sorting this matter. I asked them if they can refer me to the closest Game store because I leave far from Promenade I only went there for a paint I wanted which they had in stock. I was told that the only option I have is to go back to promenade store so that they can replace me. My question now is, is that box still costs me R85.99 after the use of numerous phone call, my time, my petrol that I must use to go back to Promenade? So I asked to Dilshaad to provide me with the correct number of their promenade store coz the one that is on their till slip is incorrect. Guess what she gave me another incorrect number I called back and I told her the number she gave me is incorrect and she asked me to wait for an hour someone will contact me. That was 3 hours ago I am still waiting...and my dog's health is at state.......
