Game products..Complete waste of money

Game sell pathetic electronic devices. There is not a time that I had purchased something from Game that didn't give a problem. Every single laptop (multiple laptops) that were purchased were problematic. We have to leave our stuff for repairs and wait days on end. I have purchased a laptop that has started giving a problem. I use it for work. Now if I give the laptop in for repairs, I have to wait for as long as up to 3 weeks before I can start doing work. As my work is predominantly based on having a laptop, work will be on hold. Not forgetting to mention about staff at the Game Gateway who swears customers on the floor. Yes Game, I even know the name of the staff personnel who swears customers. A report was even made on your complaints line but no feedback was received. You are disgusting (Game). The way your staff acts like you do not have competition and Game is our only option. Beating other store prices in order to secure sales is not always going to work when you have *********** and unruly staff working there as well as have products that does not even meet borderline quality.
