Game price challenge a joke

I price challenged Game on 8 Kg HTH Chlorine Checkers had on special on Xtra savings. When I spoke to manager Edna, she indicated that I just need to tell cashier that I do have a price challenge. Cashier to call supervisor to process the price challenge. The floor manager Dorah was not willing to accept my price challenge with lame excuse of it on Checker's card! I have a Makro, Pick a pay, Clicks, Spar etc cards as well. Really this is not acceptable. A better price on a leaflet proving to Game that they are more expensive. Game is loosing business for not honoring their own policy!
