Game Potchsefstroom/ Head Office

I would like to bring this to the customer's attention. I have been struggling from the 2nd of August until the 11th to get a letter from GAME Potchefstroom to say that my account is up to date. I received the worst service first you wait forever just for someone to answer the phone then they will mail it to me the best of all when I went to GAME potchsefstroom and asked to speak to their head office answer (Zayaad) I ask if he can mail it to game potchsefstroom and she prints it out the best is toe game potchsefstroom I'm sorry she will mail it to me because her printer is broken..... It's ridiculous Game potchsefstroom has really bad service Zayaad promised still they will call me back. Please I do not recommend them at all the worst service I have ever received. Please avoid opening a Game card, very very poor service.
