Game Potchefstroom - Bad Service

I bought a stove at game stores last year November during the black Friday Week. I did not use the stove often due to loadshedding and was using a gas stove. this year i used the stove both plates and oven then boom the glass plates cracked and the oven stopped working. I reported the stove to game Potchefstroom and they sent a technician to check the stove and it is over a month and I haven't received feedback till today. While they are dragging their feet i have no stove in the meantime. The UNIVA brand from game is very bad and their service is also bad. I am very disappointed with their service while i have paid cash for this stove.
