GAME Potchefstroom

Visited the GAME Potchefstroom store on 4 January 2023, first time attempting shops in wheelchair. The store not wheelchair friendly (health & safety risk) and when wheelchair didn't fit past till as to exit, the manager response, "What do you want me to do?" I had to go back via the "channeling" and ask other clients in line to pay as to please go backward in order for me to get out. MOST HUMILIATING EXPERIENCE. Tried calling the so called customer care, was told to go back to the store and take it up with the manager, which I just complained about. After Google review, lady called back, stating she made a mistake, was "miscommunication" but she will now escalate. To date of post, NO contact. Then tried calling head office number as supp**** on internet, NO ANSWER. It is sickening, they obviously don't comply to various legislation and also don't care about customer safety, what if a fire and/or other emergency had to happen?
