GAME PORT ELIZABETH SUCK AT CLIENT SERVICE

I did a google search for a new satellite dish and found one on Games online website. I phoned the Game Port Elizabeth store to ask for more information. I was told the promo ended yesterday, so asked why it was still being advertised online? I was asked to hold, which I dutifully did in anticipation of receiving more information. All that happened is that my call got bounced around to 3 different phones and when I eventually got back to someone within earshot of the sales person who I had been dealing with I heard him shouting at the other sales person "I old her we don't do online." GAME you call this CLIENT SERVICE? Your sales person wouldn't know what client service is if it jumped up and bit him! Pathetic service and there are other retail outlets who have staff who do actually give a damn about treating customers with respect.
