GAme - POPPI breach

I opened a RCS at GAme - my personal info was leaked/ Shared Blue Label loaded *****ulent mobile content to my Game/Rcs account 2x. Now I been struggling for more than a month to get it taken off my account. RCS keeps on phoning me that I owe money - I have not received any date or airtime either, byt I owe them a wopping R927? I have pnoned in between RCS & Blue label - All i get is a sorry and reference number and empty promises to get it fixed within 48 hours. Between them I have 12 different reference numbers. What do I do to get it sorted out? No joy only empty promises
