Game poor service online Order ***

Game customer order *** On Monday 04/05/2020 I ordered the following items from game: duvet inner, continental pillows and duvet cover, but on Monday 11/05/2020 they only delivered the duvet inner without notifying me. The person whom they delivered to only gave me the parcel yesterday which is 14/05/2020 saying that she was not around. The delivery was done without notification beforehand and even after the delivery I was not notified by game. I have sent emails to game and called but waited for 45min without any answer. I just want to know how could they deliver an incomplete parcel, without notification and to a person that claims to know me, no proof of delivery as well. I am never again going to buy online from game ever. People be warned!!! If I don't get answers I will return this duvet inner and request a full refund for all the items I purchased. Am so upset. Reap off!!!
