Game poor service

Attempted to buy items from them using my standardbank card. The transaction was declined three times on their system. The money went of my account all 3 times. They insisted that it was declined and now I am battling to get my money back from Game and standardbank just pull up their shoulders and say I must deal with Game. I ended up paying 3 x R1169.60 and did not even get the things I paid for as they just say it was declined on the system. Its 4 days later and Still nothing.
