Game poor service

On 18/12/2021 I visit a game Mall of The North in limpopo to buy 8 x gift vouchers. To my surprise they told me that they only have 4 in stock. I was very disappointed and log a complaint with game head office. The following day the store manager called me and apologize. She said that the stores order from head office but they don't have stock. She also mentioned that they struggling for the last few months to get vouchers. To me it is very bad that a big company like game can't assist their clients with gift vouchers, specifically this time of the year!
