Game poor service

I ordered an air single and double bed mattress on 31/05/2021 from game's website The order was delivered yesterday (08/06/2021), however the single bed box was open/torn on the side, with no plastic to seal it and no pump. Whereas the double was sealed in a plastic bag with a pump. My husband called the customer line yesterday, and was promised that the matter would be investigated, he called again this morning and told the same story that they will investigate. Is that the service we paid for at Game, during a pandemic we receive unsealed goods. I do not appreciate the inconvenience and bad service, this was my last online transaction or any transaction with game.
