Game - Poor Service

Game Customer Care and Service is pathetic. Purchased a washing machine in December, had to follow up on delivery which we were later advised on OOS. Thereafter we were refunded and promised a voucher, no voucher received. The washing machine was still advertised on the site at a higher price which we them repurchased. They promised delivery 2nd week in Jan and have not delivered nor contacted us. Over and above that, my mum who is a pensioner has a Game account, they keep harressing her to make payments but will never send her a statement. Everytime we call to enquire on her behalf they cannot assist and can only email old statements and not the current year.
