Game Poor Service

I am really disappointed and very upset about the service I’ve received. My order was placed on the 29th of September in store and never delivered. Every day I called and was assured would be delivered that day and didn’t receive a thing for you guys to call me today (5th of August) and tell me you guys have been out of stock. I’m really not impressed!!
