Game poor service

I bought a fridge at Game welkom and paid for delivery. They would have delivered the next morning (saturday). Waited the whole Saturday and no one arrived.

I phoned during the day and they asked me if they can deliver on Sunday morning 9:00.

Still no one arrived at 11:00 on Sunday as i phoned I was informed that i need to collect the fridge myself.

I went to collect the fridge and after arriving at home i noticed the fridge was the wrong one, i received a cheaper fridge than the one i bought.

When i informed them regarding the issue they said its too late to assist me

Very poor service. Still waiting!
