Game Poor Interview Process for “managers”

To the management of game. Your staff recruitment or employment standards are horribly low. The man that is employed as so called manager of store 425 Middelburg Mall Game is a disgrace. I am a solid supporter of Game stores and I love the variety, ease and layout of the stores. My local Game Groblersdal with an amazing manager always keeps me coming back for more.

On Sunday 30th December 2018 your manager of the Middelburg Game left the worst taste in my mouth and an awful experience at a game store. Put simply he has no client etiquette, he has no professionalism, he had no desire to listen or understand instead barking at me as if I had no right to even be speaking to him.

I simply wanted a mark down of the demo model mobile aircon of which there is a stock shortage and if at the right price would have taken the floor model in its state with the missing parts due to my urgent need for one. But to be brutally told that the price is the price and that’s just my problem gives me a hatred for that man and the store he runs.

Disgusting that game can have such inhospitable people who lack basic manners and who have no drive to make a clients day. He also has no knowledge of the consumer protection act nor any understanding of business English preferring to use slang and gesture which I don’t approve of or think appropriate.
