Game Poor Communication and Service

I ordered an item on Black Friday (Nov 26 2021). After 10 days I called to track and was told the delivery vehicle was hijacked, and that the nearest Game store would be contacted to organise the item for me. That wasn't done. I had to call again myself, and was asked whether I wanted a refund or another item to be delivered. I opted for another item to be delivered because I had bought it on a less price. Today (Dec 28 2021) I call again and I'm told that Finance Dept. is processing a refund for me and will be notified when it's through. This has all been a horrible experience for me, and now I'm not going to get the item at the price I had bought it for. Poor communication, bad service. Game just doesn't care.
