Game please review your terms and conditions

Game Stores should review their terms and conditions for products that have been returned for faults. My food processor (Phillips make) was returned within 11 months and i was told by Game staff (Tygervalley) that Phillips insisted that i bring the product to the service provider in Goodwood. So why should I be using my time and petrol to be driving around. I didnt read that at the back of the receipt
