My sister bought a HP tank printer at Game phuthaditjhaba in January 2024 the printer couldn't print even a single page, we took it back and we're promised it work but no avail when tested at the store. It was taken back 3 times till we decided to cancel the deal and we're promised we should wait for the store call for a full refund that was in April 10 2024 till this day no feedback, been calling store management and he promised everytime to call back but failed dismally. Can you help get money back.
