Shocking service received at Game Clearwater. I came in to return a faulty heater that we purchased a few days ago. The store was completely empty with absolutely no cashiers in sight. The lady thats assisted us called more than 3 times trying to find some Tsepho who was suppose to test the heater while we stood around waiting. Needless to say when he arrived from wherever, he decided to help others who arrived after us because that's his post as per the lady. She then says that there is nobody dedicated to returns. Funny thing is when we spend our money there is always somebody dedicated to do that.
