Game pinetown review

I bought a fridge Friday the 25th November from GAME STORE pinetown (Pinecrest) was told 2/4 working days, I called the 3rd day to check when I will receive my item, was told that the system "cancelled" my order after fully paying,I'm now confused so if i hadn't call with they have noticed?called the store spoke to the sale person who made the order and was getting nowhere, asked to speak to a manger nothing, called again literally 10 times(I could see my call was been ignored by switch board) before I was connected and was told they contacted IT to sort the error still no contact from the manager,even tho I requested assistance from a manger multiple times(like he /she doesn't have 2 min?) , eventually he calls me around 3 30,has no clue about my request to be called but was informed recently that my item was cancelled but does any solutions to my issue, except they working on it apparently and was now told it's 2/5 working days not 2/4days and it has happened to 4 other people as well,Monday I call because I need to be at home for delivery so I leave work early because I called the store AGAIN and was told from the person that made my order,they had contacted the depo and the delivery is 1hr away , this is at 10:0....so I now lost 75%pay for the day, and it's Tuesday I still haven't received my item
