Game Pinecrest Pathetic

Game at Pinecrest mall Pinetown has pathetic service. On the 24th Dec 2024, I went there for my final christmas shopping. The shop closes at 18:00 and I arrived there at 16:45 only to find a lot of customers waiting outside because the shop was "closed". The security guard was very rude in terms of explaining what was going on. No notice was placed to let customers know that there will be an early closure. Which upon finding out that was the only game store that closed an hour early and the other branches had no idea about this. I sent an email same day but till today no acknowledgement nothing. Pathetic service for such a busy time of the year.
