Game Phalaborwa - Poor Poor Service

Bought a new Hisense washing machine from Game Phalaborwa in December 2020, washing machine literally broke beginning March 2021. Numerous emails have been sent to them for a response. Head Office customer service phoned once and never heard again from them. It pains me that once they have your money service delivery runs out the door. I also blame Game Head Offices, as they are not appointing competent people to deal with customers' complaints and handling these complaints in a speedy manner.
