Game Phalaborwa- A nightmare of a service - Empty promises

I have been waiting for more than 2 months to get a call from Game Phalaborwa's manager with regards to the Samsung TV that I have written about to Hello Peter about more than 3 times and to-date.

Nothing has been done, by both the Game Head office nor the branch. I keep getting empty promises. Since I purchased that television I have taken the TV to Game Phalaborwa twice and nothing has been done...

I have been promised a new TV. I was promised, reginal office intervention by the head office, but nothing has materialized. No apology, no update....
