Game Pensioner discount

Have been struggling for over a month now to get a new pensioner's card after a previous one was lost. It's been discussed with Busisiwe Dlamini, and the reason given is that the system has been down for over a month now and 'they' are trying to fix it. When will this be fixed? Terrible service. Very disappointed. No one to help.
