Game payments online are the worst

They are the worst I went online and ordered and made the payment the payment went off at my bank account and then they sent me a message they had not received my payment I then had to send them my bank Statements then Game did not respond to my emails I have contacted the whats app group and then they told me they will come back to me after 24 to 48 hours to confirm if they have received the payment.
