Game Pavillion "Tevo" iron

I bought an iron at Game Pavillion in May 2020 with 1 yr guarantee this afternoon the iron didn't work,,I went to the shop with my slip and a box the customer service lady put on the iron didn't work she called the salesman from Tevo Bennett read iron 2200 watts and she explained that it's not working the guy by the name of Mfanafuthi said he'll book in the iron and it will take 21 days get the report and I said I can't wait for 21 days since iron is a day to day appliance and it's still under guarantee salesman gave the address of their offices where I'll find technicians who will sort my iron ,,,straight to 26 Kyalami Rd Westmead from" Pavillion " the guy by the Surname of Pillay came to me and I explained why I'm there he told me the **** story of booking my iron in ,I said no cause was told I will find technicians here,,he called the salesman in Game Pavillion asked him why he told me to come anyway I didn't care about their conversation what I want is my iron it took them more than 45min for their regional manager by the name of Derrick to come to me and told me to go back to Game Pavillion and get new Iron something that should be happened in the first instance,,,so Tevo owed me fuel money from Pavillion to Westmead and back. It's so disgusting to be made a fool whilst you know yoTevo ur rights,,they wasted my time and money
