Really poor all round service by GAME Pavillion

We purchased a laptop which was superslow and was tested by their tech guy who happens to be there tech salesperson,within 7 days this was taken back 3 times only to be told we will get a store credit from hp and GAME cannot assist with this!A new laptop must be assessed and repaired? I escalated to their support whoc only emails me to check if the store did a follow up only to confirm that after an assesment (5 days ago) they will decide to refund

Poor all round service,never buy laptops from GAME!!!
