Game Pavilion Pathetic service

I'd like to share my terrible experience at the game store in pavilion.

I placed an online order for an office chair, I received a confirmation email with an otp to collect my chair from the store. A day later I sent a driver and they are unable to locate my order, after making the driver run up and down for about 40 minutes he had no choice but to leave as he had other trips to take care of. The staff are unhelpful and refuse to understand things from a customers point of view. I did not receive any apology for this kind of service but they have disconnected my calls more than once. I then had to pay the driver a fee and it was for nothing because I did not receive my order that they told me was available at the store. Pathetic service, this store actually does not even deserve the one star.
