Game pavilion customer service pathetic

On 19th Dec 2021 I left my details at Game Pavilion for a callback on 2 x 20" bikes that they didn't have in stock. The lady at the front desk wrote my details in a book saying they don't give call back vouchers. To date I have not been contacted in respect of bikes and Christmas has passed already. They didn't have the decency to call and let me know when stock is expected. I find customer service to be very poor. At least advise on status of when we can come into store to purchase the bikes.
