Game pathetic service online and in store.

I bought a TV unit online on the 24 November 2021 and it was damaged when delivered a week later. I immediately informed them. Till today I haven't recieved my new unit. Game is the most pathetic store & online is even worse. I haven't had such terrible service before. It's really disappointing and disturbing.
