Game pathetic service

I ordered a microwave on the 3rd of January and expected delivery was for latest 11th Jan. Calling the call center is one of the must frustrating thing ever. I understand there is some back log. It is now the 20th Jan and I am still waiting for my delivery. I was told game n1 city had my microwave but calling them is a hoplelss case as no1 answers. I paid R100 delivery fee and I was even willing to fetch it myself all I wanted to know was is it ready for collection so I don't drive there for nothing. I've been calling the call center every day this to be told they will call me back and to-date not a single call back. I was promised an email and still nothing. What disgusting service. Once money is paid they just don't care. I had enough and all I wanted was communication but that os to much to even ask for.
