GAME, pathetic service and products!!!

We bought a school bag for my daughter in December 2023 from GAME stores in Baywest Mall. The schools opened mid Jan 2024. First week in Feb the bag started to tear. We go back to GAME, and the answer we get..." No, sorry ma'am, this is damage caused by the school books". Well, thank you GAME, isn't that the purpose for which we bought the bag to begin with? R650 later, bag used for just over 1 month, and we must be happy with this! Pathetic to say the least! Not very impressed with this! Bad quality product, and this is our problem how??????
