Game - PATHETIC service

I suspected ***** on my account and wanted proof of my purchases - Game refused. I was referred to the ***** department after numerous calls, emails and visits to the Heidelberg branch they were suppose to investigate and send me a report - Never happened, in fact one day apperently all of the employees in the ***** department was on leave when I requested Heidelberg branch to phone.I returned a lawnmower and received credit before all of this, never got a copy of the credit note, never received a statement to check if it was indeed taken of my account. Now I get threatened by laywers Game handed me over to forcing me to pay when the ***** department never came back to me after they're 'ivestigation'.wont recommend a Game account to anyone.The most PATHETIC service I ever received.
