Game Pathetic customer service

I ordered my fridge on the 27th January and to date Game cannot tell me where my order is. As per the invoice the fridge was shipped on the 3rd. Today is the 10th and Game still cannot tell me when they will deliver and they do not have the contact details for the courier. How can such a huge franchise not have a relationship with their courier company. On the 4th of February the driver of the courier company video called me on whatsapp (how unprofessional) while he was drunk saying that he won't be able to deliver and will ask a friend and to date I have not received a thing. The fact that the Game customer care cannot give me any answers is beyond pathetic. I want a refund or have my delivery before the end of next week. I would not recommend Game online services at all.
