GAME - PATHETIC AFTER SALES SERVICE

I purchased a microwave there on the 03/03/2018 and the microwave is faulty. When I called to find out how to go about getting the device swopped as it is only a month old I was told that the device needs to go for repairs and the repairs will take 12 working days but if it takes longer then we can swop it! So I must wait 3 weeks and then it will be swopped!?! Never mind the fact that when purchasing the unit I asked the sales person if its faulty will it be swopped or repaired? He said swopped. I understand if the unit was 6 months or older but it is still brand new, the plastic on the control panel has not even been removed. This after sales service is pathetic, anything to make a sale hey!
